I've been with this phone for a while and since I updated the phone to Android 7.0 when someone calls me the screen goes black, you hear the tone of the call and you see the little light. Before when someone called my cell phone rang, the little light went on and the screen went on to accept or reject the call. Well now I do not know what happens that every time someone calls me I have to turn on the phone manually and I have to open a tab to accept and reject. I would like someone to answer me and that could solve my problem. a greeting
Llevo un tiempo con este móvil y desde que actualizé el móvil al Android 7.0 cuando alguien me llama la pantalla se queda en negro, se oye el tono de la llamada y se ve la lucecita. Antes cuando alguien me llamaba sonaba el móvil,se encendía la lucecita y se encendía la pantalla para aceptar o rechazar la llamada. Pues ahora no se que le pasa que cada vez que alguien me llama tengo que encender el móvil manualmente y tengo que abrir una pestaña para poder aceptar y rechazar. Me gustaría que alguien me respondiera y que pudiera solucionar mi problema. Un saludo
