I am not familiar with this site, is it a place to by products secondhand? If so I would recommend that you get in contact with the seller for assistance with unlocking the device.

You can reset the device by performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will completely reset the device removing any screen lock from the device. Do note however that if there is a Google account on your Xperia XA the device will go in to lock down mode, requiring that you unlock the device using the Google account used on the device prior to resetting it.
