When connected to bose speaker/headphones the volume on my phone won't turn up all the way. It stops at a certain point. Super annoying. It didn't do this when I first got my phone. I might have done something but not sure how to fix this.

Does this only happen while connected to a Bose bluetooth speaker or do you experience it with any other brands?
Does it also happen in safe mode?
Yes, this only happens when connected to any Bluetooth device. I have tried safe mode and I have factory reset my phone, still having issues.
