Sometimes when i try to connect to another device of mine
it is connecting first with the one i used before and
it can take like 1-2 minutes to connect to the device i want to.
Does my phone has to be fixed?

I'm sorry to hear this.
It can take different times to connect depending on what device it is you are trying to connect to your Xperia device. Does it ever happen that you are unable to connect a device via Bluetooth? Do you get any error messages?
It does happen all the time
I don't receive any error messages
Can you try to reboot your device to safe mode and see if it still takes that long to pair a Bluetooth device with your phone.
