Hello, since yesterday I have problems with my xperia. Every 10seconds, my screen become black, after few minutes it became all black. I have to press the on button to restart the screen. Does anyone get this problem ? It happened after I used my camera for filming. Thanks for your help !!

What do you have your sleep timer set to under Settings > Display?

If that is set correctly, do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

Thank you for your tip CameronT, I try both but it still doesn't work. My sleep timer is on 30minutes, and on safe mode it still happens. Anyway thank you for trying to help me.. I will continue to search 😉

Hi @aurore56530,

I'm sorry to hear that, have you made sure that your handset is completely up to date with its software?

You can check by going into the settings > About phone > Software update

If the device is up to date, are you by chance using any cover over the handset and if you are what happens with the cover removed?

This could be a software problem, you may be able to resolve it with running a software repair on the device. However, I do suggest backing up the device first.
