Pongo a cargar el celular y solo llega al 67% de hay no pasa no llega al 100% si el tiempo estimado de carga completa era de aproximadamente 2 a 3 horas máximo y ahora se tarda más de 4 y no completa que puedo hacer gracias

Are you using Sony's wall charger and cable? have you tested a different charger? how about safe mode?
