Battery dying after only 9 months

Hi guys, 

The last three days my phone battery is lasting 7 hours max if I don't use it and with stamina mode on.

If I use it, even to text, it lasts less than 2 hours. 

I've had this phone 9 months, what on earth is happening?

Any suggestions what causing this or how to fix it?

I had exactly the same problem took it back to store it was fixed under warranty required a new battery was done within a week and was given a temporary replacement until the phone was delivered.

• Hi, this is the exact probelm currently my F3116 is facing. Running 33.3.A.1.97 (Nougat 7.0)
• Battery lasts just above an hour with mild usage like texting. No watching videos no music no gaming, and still then it would never last more than hour.

This is ridiculous , my phone is just a year old and now just after warranty finished, it started giving this issue and this is absoultely a dying battery, as i did everything from Resetting phone to repairing software. Sony must intervenve in this issue. 

P.S. This is my second xperia phone, and from this horrendous experience of this **bleep**ty phone, i will never ever buy Xperia Again and would recommend everyone to stay away from this brand.

Edit: Sony is not accepting the defect and asking me to visit ASC but they are charging me for replacement of battery. Not Acceptable.

Try software repair using Xperia Companion before jumping to hardware speculations.

Yes, it still drains like counting down without installing any app in fresh start.
