Battery draining

Hello! I got an Xperia xa1 ultra, I've been experiencing a problem with the battery which it is decreasing even though the phone is plugged in to the charger.

Can anyone help me out please?

Try different wall charger and USB cables combinations to rule out the possibility of defects in them.

I only experience this problem when the weather is hot. For example, here in my country it gets extremely hot during the day, sometimes it reaches 47c, so that's exactly when the problem occurs. whereas when I charge my phone during the early morning, it charges normally.
