Hi, I accidentally placed my bank card on the back of my Xperia XA1 ultra and it made a sound, anything I should be worried about?

Hi @TheGoodChild, welcome to our forum!
No need to worry! There is a NFC chip on the back of your device that can read bank and bus cards and depending on which applications you have installed in the device, it will either trigger an action or just give a sound and a vibration.
NFC is mostly used for transferring smaller files between devices and to pair accessories with the device, so if you have the device in a case with your bank card, you can turn this feature off and enable it later on if you want to use it.
You can find the off and on slider in Settings > Device connection > NFC.
I hope that helps!
