l bought a new device xa ultra from less than one month use in 12/7/2017 and without any misuse I found my device screen flashing with blue light and I give my mobile to authorised agent in Egypt (rezk allah) in 14/8/2017 but till now they cannot maintenance this problem as per there talking however I am on warranty period because of Unavilabity the sutiable spare part.
I called them more than 10 times but no one can tell me the redical solution. today when the supervisor called me he told me that the problem is from ( Sony ) side and the authorised agent sent to you mails for this case and waiting your respond and they haven't any solution from there side and asked me to wait for fifth week but this step is not acceptable because I bought this mobile specially to appropriate my job roles and I need it fastly, kindly feed me back with sutiable solution and Appropriate compensation as fast as you can

thanks for your replaying I don't thinks so that but anyway I will try
no any body helped me till now from the autorized agent (rezk allah) and even the local support, even when i asked to sending a complaint mail more than 3 times and confirming me, the agent didn't care about it.
really i hated sony mobile from the first trial, thanks alot.
and i will tell this bad story in all social media sites.
really it's a bad step i had taken when i bought sony mobile insted of samsung mobile
