Back-up problem

Xperia XA ultra F3211. Having problems to do a back-up, next message comes to me all the time:
XTMRunPermissionsResultFailed
Companion BR3594
2.4.3.0/Windows 10 64bit/Win32/MX/F3211/36.1.A.1.90

Any idea?
