Audio issues on XA1

I'm currently using a Sony XA1 phone (just got it), when I use the volume on low the audio some times just completely stops playing, it's just silent until I turn the volume up. Does anyone else have this issue with their phones?

I'm completely fine if this is a software bug of some sort, I just want to know if I need to contact the manufacturer just incase it's a hardware problem that may get worse over time...

When you push long on vol-down it jumps into 'do not disturb' mode.

You can see that on the status bare where there is a sign of a shivering phone.

My phone isn't in 'do not disturb' mode. It's when I have a low volume (1 or 2 bars of volume) some times the audio just stops until I turn it up.

It hasn't done it with loud volume... Yet. I just hope it doesn't as it's a new handset and I hope it doesn't have to be sent back.
