Around twenty days yet my mobile does not repaired

Dear sir/madam

I would like to inform you that i am akash gehlot from jodhpur also i have a sony xperia xa1 mobile i have given my mobile for repair on 12 may 2018 to your registred service centre m/s nehal techno services jodhpur rajasthan.
As a result still my mobile is not repaired and they could not provided to stand by phone.
As a result how does i contact to my family friends etc. I am totally  so disappointed to your service. Sony is the biggest brand but is it so poor service

I am humbly request to you kindly look into this matter immediately.
