my phone sometimes stop working. need to turn off the phone first and turn it back on to work normally. this problem also could happen much more worst. such as it need to be off then on several times.

First try if it happens in safe mode.

If it doesn't happen in safe made then one of the last installed apps on your phone could be the cause.

If it also happens in safe mode then try a software repair using Xperia Companion

1. make backups
   1. using Google backup
   2. using Xperia Backup & Restore
   3. using Xperia Transfer Mobile
   4. using Xperia Companion
2. do a software repair using Xperia Companion
3. hope this is a solution for you
4. before you do all this:
   1. goto apps screen
   2. sort on date
   3. delete latest apps installed
   4. those maybe are the ones cause the problem
