It must be one of the 3rd party apps you installed recently, and you have to figure out which one.
You can either uninstall newer apps one by one until those adds disappear, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but without adding apps or settings to the backup.

1)uninstall ES File Explorer
2)check device by DrWeb or kaspersky AntiSpy
for geeks
3)install No root Firewall and see which app working with internet and uninstall it
