41.3.A.2.24 sim card error

It happens to me 2 times with a different mobile network. I can txt, data connection is ok, the problem is that, i cannot make outside calls and cannot also receive calls. Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that, have you restarted the phone? tested a different SIM card?
