Xperia X sound problem

Hi, I keep on getting the error "audio settings has stopped" on my Xperia X and also sometimes "Google play services has stopped" and I currently have no sound on my phone... 

Any help would be much appreciated!

There are two things you can do to check what's wrong.

- run the device in safe mode

- uninstall the latest installed apps

Tried that but the issue is not resolved!
