Phone screen turn black while watching video. Sound still playing but screen unreponsive. Unable to wake the phone from the black screen.
Forced restart the phone but the phone is unable to get past the sony logo during startup as the screen keep going black. Battery level about 90% and able to charge.
Had done a sony companion repair but the problem still persist.
Please help. Thank you.
