Xperia X Restarting & Excessive Heat

Hi all,

I think this problem starts to happen after September update.

when I connect my phone to WiFi to install other apps update it keeps restarting.

eventually when all the apps are updated it stops.

at first i thought it could be the oveheat problem so i try to update it and chill the phone down with a/c blow but still, doesn't work.

it has 22GB free internal space

ram like 1GB free

I sent mail regarding this problem to sony, thay said format your phone. But still i am waiting for October update, hope it will solve with this month security updates

I already formated my mobile, but problem not solved, so I repair my software through xperia companion from pc, still mobile get overheat and battery drain, and also got new problem in notification bar my battery showing full. Always

Isn't there an app fooling around?

Heating and draining around?

Try to use your device for one day in safe mode and see if these issues still are there.

After a software reset many users restore everything.

The best tactic here is not restoring everything but just install the most needed apps.

This will give youa clean, speedy and healthy device.
