Xperia X dual sim 's microphone issues

i 've bought my new xperia for 2 days when i called my friends.They told me that  sound is too low so they can't hear what i say completely. I think it may be noise suppression feature but i can't find the to enable/disable it.
Please told me how to make it works

It can't be done, diable the noise suppression, could you test it in >>> safe mode ?

yes I've tested it in safe mode . Sound is ok everyone can hear my voice perfectly.when i restart to normal mode problem came back.

then it's a third party app acting up

updated: I've contacted seller to test it. the new one has no issue.
everyone can hear my voice so seller replaced with new phone.
