Xperia x Compact charging very slowly

Hello

My XPERIA X charges slowly even when the phone is off. It started after the contact with water. Until 70% of charge it is a few good. But after it charges very slowly. For full charging it need a few 3h. And it's been 3 months since I can not connect with the computer via USB. İ tried with another USB too, but any solution. 

What can I do?

The old trick to dry an object thorougly is to put it in a bowl of rice and wait.

Rice absorbs water.

Maybe it helps.
