Video frame rate

is it possible to change the frame rate of recording videos with the original camera app to 50(i or p)?

May be, there is another video app I should use?

I also noticed, that it uses variable frame rate, which is really dumb and for example Vegas Pro doesnt support it and usually crashes. So its not easy to edit video made by xperia XZ1C
