Sony x compact does not charge fast?

Compre mi Sony x compact y en la caja viene su cargador de carga rapida, pero al conectar mi teléfono tarda 1  1/2 en completar su carga, es mentira que tenga carga rápida? 

Buy my Sony x compact and in the box comes its fast charge charger, but when I connect my phone it takes 1 1/2 to complete its charge, is it a lie that has fast charge?

I'm on the latest Oreo and this week my phone wasn't fast charging. I disabled battery care and restarted, now it's charging fast again. Don't know if it was a bug in the OS.
