Sensors do not work

Hola. Desde q hice la última actualización del software dejaron de funcionar los sensores de iluminación, movimiento. Ya no gira la pantalla. Hice un factory reset y sigue sin funcionar. 

Alguien podrá ayudarme a resolverlo?

What is the result of testing?

Open the support app on your device and you will find tests.

What happens in safe mode?

Same results?

Screen rotation has 2 settings to influence it.

- the auto rotation in the settings of your home screen (long press on the home screen to get there)

- and settings - accessibility - auto-rotate screen.

Are both switched on?

Tell us please what worked or did not work for you.

Everything is switched on and nothing works. 

In safe mode, I still have the same results. 

None of the sensor  testings are working. 

I have tried everything and nothing works.

What can can I do?

When you cannot get a response from the sensors I advise t you to get in touch with support.

How?

Through settings or through the support app.

They will be open again after the weekend.

You can contact them through phone, mail or chat.

I suggest to start with chat so they can guide you what steps to take.

Hope it will be successful on short term.
