We are having a nightmare getting an direct answer, we have attempted to add device going round in circles with that, tried off phone and computer with no joy. We can login in but can't request a repair. Can't find an email address but get through to Egypt easily lol via the phone number but again they are little help. Has anyone had these problems? It started with speaker and micro phone problems. Going to end up getting a basic Nokia at this rate.
