The GOOGLE application in the old design is launched. to launch the application in a new design, you need to uninstall and reinstall the application ... but the second time the old design is launched again ... Help, please, solve this problem. Thank you.

It helped for me when I turned on "Google feed" in Xperia Home settings and used at least once (I'm using latest Xperia Home beta). After that I turned the Google Feed off again. Since the I have the new look in Google app.

Google pushes these updates gradually and I don't think there's a way to force them (unless you install an external APK).
