I Cant hear other people while calling (crackling voice)

I starts this crackling speaker or voice of in other line 1 or 2 mons ago... Help me to know what was the problem in my sony xperia x

Hi @Babynat, sorry to hear about this.

Is there any change if you put the device on speaker mode during the call? That way we can see if this has something to do with the network or the ear speaker in your device.

You can also test the ear speaker if you go to Settings > Support > Tests > Ear speaker.

I did follow what u tell me what to check.  the ear peace is functioning except the light sensor... It said that i need to cover above the display to check if the picture fades but it didn't fades

I try all the posible ways to repair but still everytime i answer call or i am the one calling i cant clearly hear the voice of other party
