How to turn notification from "Assist"

Hi, last night I was waken up at 1am assist app (icon looks like light bulb) notification dings and vibrating. Only to let me know how to use glove mode for typing. I do not turn off phone at night for emergency for family. But I do not want such a app disturb me at 1AM!  Most of apps are already silenced from setting-apps & notification.

I have looked around but can not find the stting for "Assist".

Where and how can I silence this app? It's obviously not from "experia home app. "

Surprisingly I had the same experience last night at 1:30am - the first time after 18 months of using the X Compact.

If you feel strong enough to survive without those tips you can disable them and then hopefully the nightly notifcations will vanish:

Go to "Settings - Assistent - Xperia Tips" and turn them off.

Thank you so much for the tip! I never noticed the assist option from setting... I hope we do not get woken up in midnight anymore!
