Heats up everytime and lags for every app

I Don't why my Xperia x phone(F5122)  is heating like anything. . When i ooen the camera., it heats and shutdowns, when open any app it heats., whike charging it heats.. And the mobile is lagging very much . While taking calls also it is heating up, ans the voice ia not getting heard on other side.  . I tried backup and restore. But again its heating up..plz give me solution.. For this.

The backup is OK

Use Xperia Companion for it.

Then do a software repair with Xperia Companion

Be critical when restoring afterwards.

Don't restore each and every app.

One of those can cause the misbehavior.
