Good day. The essence of the problem is that after switching on and off the demo mode, all contacts disappeared, and instead of them appeared contacts from the demo mode. Is it possible to restore them somehow?

If you're lucky you have set Google to backup.
When contacts still exist in your home computer they will be restored without a problem.
Normally setting up your account on your phone will restore everything.
