Create customized notification sound based on label in Gmail at android 8 in Xperia X Compact

My previous android version you are enable to customized sound based on email address and I cannot find this functionality in android 8.
 
How do you get this functionality?
 
I'm using Xperia X compact. My previous phone was Xperia Z compact
