Bluetooth imcombability with Motorola device

Hi everyone

I have a Motorola Bluetooth device installed on my car and I can't pair it up with my Sony Xperia x 5121. 

Any help please?

Try to reset Bluetooth.

Settings - apps & notifications - 3 dots upper right corner - show system _ Bluetooth - storage - clear cache and data and start over witha reset Bluetooth.
