Am unable to select my online account as the automatic or the manual save option. States Full Storage. When click on the Google account a new pop up screen appears saying that Back up & Restore requires off line access. Even when I choose Agree the pop up disappears and then reappears. Have deleted apps and increased internal memory space but still unable to save to online account.
Any ideas?

I have a similar problem. Only I can't back up to the cloud from my corporate tablet account. Is it possible that there is some mismatch due to different OS?
