All sensors are not working

Hello, i upgraded version because my finger sensor didnt work and now my all other sensors are not working (screen rotation, sensor on the front for turning of the screen while i am in call and more)
What should i do? I have uk version.
Please help me.

Hi @Coaselak, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that after you updated your device, you started to experience this behaviour with all sensors, just not the fingerprint sensor?

If that is correct, I recommend that you start with restarting your device in safe mode, so we can make sure that a downloaded application is not the cause of this, as they are temporarily disabled in this mode. While the device is rebooted in safe mode, do the inbuilt test for the different sensors and see if there is any change, you can find the test in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.
