Hi 

I have just purchased the xav -ax3005db and I have encountered a few issues 

 I can’t change the wallpaper and there is no + to add your own wallpaper.

on the back of the unit where does the steering wheel control module plug in.

I have a 2009 Honda CR-V ex

Hey @rowser26,

For the background that's not possible with this model from what I can see online, and from the device manual.
But you need to contact Sony regarding the steering wheel module.

Can't comment on the Honda CR-V but have fitted an XAV AX3005DB to my Vauxhall Vivaro using the recommended Connect2 leads and adaptors. Steering wheel control works as the manual describes. Hope this is of help.

Hi I’ve got a Honda CRV 2007 EX and the controls on the steering wheel work fine I did have an electrical mechanic fit it so I can’t comment on what they used but it works fine.
the only thing that doesn’t work. Is the telephone controls on the steering wheel can change songs and the volume, but you cannot use the phone system controls 

but if anybody can help me about fixing the touchscreen,  that would be very helpful because my touchscreen is decided that it’s just not going to respond at all

Hey @Shepherd 

I was going to suggest that you try to initialize the device, but if the touch screen is not working, that's not possible. You won't be able to adjust any settings either, so you need to tackle the screen issue first.
