Z1 Bluetooth UGX problems

Help!!!!!

I have a Z1sp and I'm having a real bad time trying to get the bluetooth to work.

When I turn on the bluetooth the notebook starts looking for a device called UGX and there's no way to find a driver for this damn thing.
I updated the bios, installed all the updates downloaded from the site, except the bluetooth update since that it has to work in order to be installed, windows sp2 and none of this has improved the situation.

I even sent it to repair and after 15 days it came back, with a peace of housing missing and bluetooth worked for 2 minuets and after that it was back to where I started.

Any suggestions before I end up throwing this notebook away??

The UXG drivers are in C:\Drivers, on the recovery disk or on VAIO Link.

When I try to update from the device manager it doesn't find anything.

In C:\Drivers there something about UXG.
