I've had to do a complete rebuild on my system. I am now unable to use the fn hotkeys :smileysad:. I've tried changing the hotkey settings in the Bios but that didn't work.
I've read another thread which suggested downloading and installing Sony utilities, sony shared libray and Vaio event service in order to get function keys working. the problem is when i get the follwoing error message as Sony utilities loads 'This machine have not been installed Sony Utilities DLL. Cannot update Sony utilities DLL'
Any suggestions
