hi
that helps me a lot. do you plug a usb receiver into your laptop for this to work or just use the connect button under the laptop..thanks again for your help

There’s the connect button on the laptop and another one on the mouse, as well as an on/off button on the mouse. I didn’t have to do anything else to make them talk to each other.
