VGC-M1 Vaio Zone when using the TV/DVD everything slows down and picture gets choppy.

When using the Vaio Zone, the mouse pointer is constantly loading something causing all programs such as live TV and DVD to slow down.
How can I fix this?

I would reinstall VAIO Zone from the CD
