hi i have bought this latop it is brandnew but 3 keys r missing. it has problem when i press k its prints yk and when i press e it prints e4 this is with other keys i=i0 where is ther problem can anyone help me.

sounds like your keyboard is messed-up... if it is brandnew... take it right back an have it replaced... try to do a counter check and hook up a external keyboard... just to clear that fact!...

one other possiblity is to remove the black vent panel so you can remove the keyboard and reinsert the flat-wire connection.

but if it is brandnew... remember the warantee!

yeah when i connect usb keyboard it works perfectly. so it means its just cause of 3 broken keys? rest of keyboard is in perfectly new u cant even say that someone has ever used it.
