I have had this vaio desktop for over 4 years now and looking to re-new the tower for a bigger one, this is a medium tower i am using now. where will i be able to purchase a large tower and will it be just an empty case or will it come with an improved motor PCU 400w.

You'd have to buy a full tower and a PSU of your own to do this upgrade and move everything across to the tower.
