upgrading laptop K315S

Hi

A mate of mine has found a Sony wireless network card (mini PCI) for sony vaio laptops on the net, just wondering how easy they are to fit to a K315S, and how easy is it to double my memory to 1 gig? Does it mean taking my laptop apart or fo they go in the little hatches on the bottom??

OK one thing at a time then.

The Wireless LAN card (PCMCIA) is easy to physically install.
1. Press the release lever at the side of the PCMCIA slot.
2. Insert and push the card fully into the slot.
3. When you come to remove it, push the release lever all the way inside the laptop.
4. The card is ejected again.

Remember not to subject the head of the card to any undue stress whilst it is plugged in to your VAIO and to remove it before moving your VAIO. See your notebook documentation for further advice from Sony.
