too many coasters....

Hi,

I have a sony DVD RW DW-D56A drive on my vaio laptop. When burning cds at top speed or below, the burn will go fine until just before the end when it will fail.

The same happens whether i use nero, recordnow! or windowsmediaplayer.

Any ideas?
I don't think it is the type of cd as i have used several different ones. I doubt its the program either, I'm really stumped and i have far too many coasters...

Any help would be very welcome

its not sony, its the delivery companies. they used parcel force and couldnt find me, but using city link they found me, and so did royal mail (of course), just though ide say- i had to cancel and go to a shop nd buy it
