Stylish AC Adaptors ! NOT !

Maybe someone at Sony will read this thread.

I love the Vaio style.

But why are the AC Adaptors built with all the style of a house brick ?

There are plenty of examples of small lightweight AC Adaptors from companys such as Kensington and others. Why cannot Sony Vaio owners have a stylish lightweight adaptor as standard. Come on Sony the days of stylish house bricks are long gone !

I whole-heartedly agree. When I compare an Apple notebooks adapter (a small, light, thin cord that wraps around it, white block) to the VAIOs heavy, dated brick. There's no other way to describe it - it looks like a black brick.

VAIO could do better. For a company that prides itself in style; this lets it down!

hi there
i wonder if any of you have found working alternatives for an AC adaptor?
I have a SZ3 and most of the units available are not powerful enough
with the search function not working i thought i was the only one questioning the size of the power supply
