Sony Vaio Motion Eye Not Working

Hey im running the ar21s whenever i put my computer on standby or hibernation when i return to the screen the motion eye cam cannot be found forcing me to uninstall it then reinstall it from "control panel/add hardware"... this has also occured when i shut my laptop down aswell its really getting frustrating please help

The only thing missing from the motion eye is the camera software like the ones in macs u can do fun effects with the camera.........can u give a suggestion to sony to make a software that allows the user to carry out effects etc... because the sony motion eye is abit boring it has not effects thanksss

I tried but everytime i tried using the search function it says nothing found.......im also having problem with the memory card update patch i remember a thread about a month ago when the patch was released but i cant find it anything i type its says not found even just typing in Ar21s or Sony Vaio...... so this was more or less my last resort

I still havent found a solution ..........anyone? and is there any software for video capture that enhances the picture by effects?

Hi,

An update for VAIO camera capture utility for AR21S has been released by Sony a few days ago. I don't know if it will fix your problem but it is worth a try... I installed it on my AR21S and saw no changes (but I don't really use the Camera so maybe I had a problem I did not see !)/ They also released WinDVD BD (strangely it is just named "Other" in the "Other" section of the downloads...)

Ive been checking my vaio update and i can only find this "Memory Card Reader/Writer Driver Registry Patch 20060210" which i have given up on because everytime i reboot after installations its still there and i do the same process again ive downloaded it manually and installed it and still no luck but other than that theres nothing on the vaio update list WinDVD BD for vista you mean? they still havent sent in my copy which i find is ridicalous

As budgetmil posted above, It would appear that the full version of InterVideo WinDVD BD 8.0.8.100 has finally been released..

It can be found in the download section for AR21S Vista Application / Utility , then click on Other and the file you need is bizarrely called other Version : 8.0.8.100 Size : 167.48 MB..
