Am trying to install this upgrade but it is not going well. Have followed all the instructions on the website but am not getting the setup.exe option. The chappy on the helpline told me to use the progress option in the SISvideo folder in the hard drive but I let it run for 2 hours and the installing bar just kept on going and going.
Has anyone else had a problem with this upgrade. Or does anyone know how I can get it to install.:smileycry:
