i lost my serial code of my sony vaio computer, and i want to track the status of my repair, however, is there anyway to find out? i mean, i filled the serial code in when i registered here, is there something here i can see it?

click on my club vaio at the top right of the screen, then change my club vaio regastration details

It's also on a sticker in some inconvenient place on your computer somewhere.

Npt so easy to look for a sticker on the bottom of a computer when it is with Sony for repair........lol

Oops. Good point lol. Could always just ring them and ask, if they took it into repair they are obviously confident that you are the rightful owner, I'm sure they would tell you.
