I have a VAIO PCG-FR215S with WinXP updated and WebCam Logiteh Pro 4000 (integrated microphone).
I have a problem during installation when I connect for the 1st time my webcam on USB connector.
Video is OK but microphone isn't recognized. It doesn't find the driver (LVUSBSTA.SYS is here and PC finds it).
So, I haven't the choice in recording peripheral : it's always SoundMAX.
I tested installation on another PC (with Win2k) which has the same sound chipset and it's OK : video and audio work perfectly.
Several users have the same pb.
Logitech hasn't the awser, and asks user to upgrade Windows...
What's the matter ?
