Promblem with power pack. Help please!!!!

Hi iv had my vaio laptop since christmas and its been great but yesturday my power pack started to make a beeping sound and the light wont come on therefor it dosnt work. I tried to get in touch with customer support but they say my vaio is not registerd but it is. Please can any one help im running out of battery AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
