Problem with Vaio FS215S

When I switch on the notebook, windows's start is very slow and then windows's audio and mp3's audio don't work.
I made updating of firmware and audio, but the problem persists.
The notebook is new, I bought it - on line - 10 days ago.
The problem revealed oneself immediately.
What can I do?

I would suggest either doing a system restore in Windows, or better still, a complete Sony system recovery. That way, you can rule out it being a hardware issue.

I did a complete Sony System recovery and now It's all ok!
